MASALA SWEET CORN
When we were kids- and to tell you the truth, even now- we really enjoyed sinking our teeth in a nice juicy corn cob. In India, we loved the coating of the freshly roasted corn cob with a mixture of chilli powder, salt and lime. This added spice and taste to the corn cob. These were in great demand particularly in the rainy season and during the winters.
Sweet Corn, called Butta in Hindi and Sihi Jola in Kannada, is a very versatile ingredient. It can be used in many different dishes such as soups, salads and snacks! In addition to being so tasty they are good for health too. This article in Cleaveland Clinic lists some of the health benefits of Corn.

- Fresh Coconut Gratings, 1/3 cup
- Green Chillies, 2 or 3
