LAYERED PUDDING: GUEST POST BY ARCHANA S. NAYAK

I am very proud that my daughter, Archana has contributed this recipe. She made this layered pudding recently for my birthday and believe me, it was amazing!

I hope you will love it, as much as we did.

Ingredients:
•200 grams digestive biscuits
•1 package vanilla flavored instant china grass milk jelly
•500 ml milk
•1/2 cup whipped cream
•1 can (21 oz.) strawberry pie filling


Preparation:
Line dish with half the number of digestive biscuits, breaking them if necessary. Prepare milk jelly by dissolving contents of the package in freshly boiled milk. Pour while hot over the biscuit layer. Let it stand for 10 minutes, then refrigerate till it has set. Spread whipped cream on the milk jelly layer. Top with remaining biscuits, including crumbs.


Spread strawberry pie filling over top layer of biscuits. Chill for 3 hours.
