The addition of peanuts ( commonly called Groundnuts in India) adds to the crunch and the taste of today's salad.
- Carrots, 3 or about 250 gms
- Peanuts, 1/4 cup
- Small- sized Onion, 1
- Green Chillies, 2
- Fresh Coconut Gratings, 2 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves, 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
